Lago Mar Place is a three story 60 unit beachfront Co-op located immediately to the south of the Lago Mar Resort and Club. The building extends farther east towards the Atlantic Ocean than its neighbors to the south and this affords fantastic views of the ocean and Port Everglades from the east and south facing units of the building. The north facing interior units have a view of the pool area and a semi-obscured view of the ocean, and the west facing units look towards Lake Mayan.

The building has recently completed some major renovations on its roof and balconies.

A Co-op is a form of corporate ownership where the owners purchase shares in a corporation entitling them to their specific unit and access to all common areas. Because of this purchasers are required to pay cash for the units. Purchasers are required to submit an application with references prior to being accepted as buyers.

There are no pets allowed and the units cannot be rented.
